That’s right! You’ve read correctly, Buyers Agency is FREE to you. In the late 90’s, Washington state determined that each participant in the transaction should have the right to their own representation. We now have Buying and Selling Agents in most transactions, and the Buyer’s representation is paid for out of the Seller’s proceeds at closing.  You are entitled to your own representation, and you should surely take advantage of such a great opportunity—I would love to be the Real Esate Agent for you!

Once you’ve contacted me, I will schedule a time where we can sit down and go over your needs, budget, and the process from start to finish, in order to find the right home for sale for you. I will set up an automated email search, provide you with a complete Home Buyer’s Packet that contains essential information and a step-by-step guide to the process, and set up times to go out and actually view potential properties. I will also put you in touch with qualified Lenders, Inspectors and Insurance Agents to help guide you through a smooth transaction. And it doesn’t stop there! I follow along through the completed transaction, attend your signing appointment, and purchase a one year Fidelity home warranty as a gift to you. I do everything possible to make sure you come through the process knowledgeable, satisfied, and reasonably protected. 
 

Whether it’s your first time or fifth time, the home buying process can be the most stressful time in one’s life.
